The Contributor List Output function gives the user several options for using contributor data.

Mapping

The mapping function will export the data to Microsoft MapPoint. To use this feature, the user must have MapPoint installed.

Export

The Export functions allow the user to save the data as a Microsoft Excel file. "Individual" gives all contributors no matter how many times they have given. "Individual Contributions" returns all contributions, which can include more than one contribution from an individual contributor.

Post Cards

The Post cards function will open a new window that can be printed on 1/4 page postcards. Users will need to change their page setup so the format is Landscape. The user can also have the campaign's address printed as a return address on the post card.

Labels

The Labels function will open a new window that can be printed on standard address labels.

Other Formats

View List format the output so the user can view the list on the screen, with the individual contributors as links to their contributions. Primary Contributions are direct contributions from an individual, corporation, or political committee. Secondary Contributions are those individuals who helped secure primary contributions, such as an individual when a corporate check is presented.
