Deposit Contributions is a function to allow a campaign to designate that contributions have been entered. Some campaigns may enter contributions into webElect prior to depositing them in the bank.

webElect can be set up in such a way that each campaign can track which contributions have been entered, but not marked as deposited into their campaign account. This function is primarily used to help balance the campaign account register.
