General Benefits

  • Consolidated data prevents wasting postage and labor typical from duplicate contacts existing on multiple lists. Duplication is greatly reduced by consolidating lists, voters, and contributors in a single database and standardizing all addresses to the USPS standard.

Voter Data

  • Updated monthly from the official FVRS data and is usually 3 to 7 weeks off from the county supervisor of elections databases.
  • CASS Certification and standardization of every address to the USPS database. This allows accurate matching of external lists to the voter data and minimizes wasted mail sent to invalid addresses
  • Phone numbers from the 2008 residential phone database appended to all matching addresses. 2010 phone numbers just arrived and should be matched by 5/18.

  • Voter targeting interface makes building complicated queries simple tasks.
  • Groups can be set up to track any additional information on voters and used for micro-targeting. Track which voters support your campaign, which are members of the local church, who are teachers, doctors, lawyers etc, who has requested absentee ballots. Voters can be added to groups individually through the web interface, by scanning barcodes on the walk lists, through mobile handheld devices, bulk importing of voter registration ids, or through a bulk import of a address lists performed by webElect.net staff. Use the groups to refine your targeted voter lists by voter or household through the powerful targeting interface.
  • Direct Google Maps Integration allows direct plotting of targeted houses to Google Maps. Our custom tools allow free form boundary drawing for creating walk packets of neighborhoods. Works on Linux, Mac, and Windows with no software to install. Routing for yard sign delivery is under development.
  • ScOracle™ voter ranking provides the most efficient method for micro-targeting districts for low turn-out elections or small budget campaigns. The voters historical turn-out and date of registration is used to assign a predictive score as to how likely they are to vote in the next election. The individual voter scores are used to assign house scores that enable you to prioritize the houses you contact.
  • Candidate Petition forms are easily printed pre-filled with selected voter(s) info and barcoded to allow easy collection and tracking of petition forms.
  • Absentee Ballot Request forms are easily printed pre-filled with selected voter(s) info and barcoded to allow easy collection and tracking of absentee ballot requests.
  • Constant Contact integration allows sending targeted lists of email addresses for voters and contacts directly to Constant Contact to use in bulk mail campaigns.

Finance

  • Multiple access from remote locations means treasurers and authorized campaign staff have access to finance data.
  • State reporting export provides uploading of finance information from webElect.net to the Florida Division of Elections for period reports.
  • Check register provides a familiar interface to keep track of financial transactions and balances without external software like Quicken or MS Money.
  • Print deposit tickets after entering contributions and get a copy for your files and the bank. No more addition errors or wasted time from filling out deposit slips manually.
  • Automate thank you letters by using the integrated mail merge feature. Setup multiple versions of thank you letters to send for each type of contributor and assign the proper version at time of entering contribution. Then print all thank you letters in one batch!
