When printing some reports from MapPoint, Internet Explorer's default settings cause some issues.

1) A security pop-up prevents reports from running without telling IE to allow it to run. Go to Tools->Internet Options->Advanced (tab) and scroll down to the "Security" section. Check the option "Allow active content to run in files on My Computer". Close the options window and close Internet Explorer.

2) Printing reports from MapPoint will reuse your active webElect.net window which usually isn't desirable. Go to Tools->Internet Options->Advanced (tab) and scroll midway down the "Browsing" section. Uncheck the option that says "Reuse windows for launching shortcuts. Close the options window.
