State Reporting

webElect.net allows campaigns to report their data according to the State of Florida Division of Elections requirements . Users enter the appropriate report information, and can select three options:

• View Only allows the campaign to view the report as if it were being submitted;
• Process for Review places a hold on the finance records in the report period and displays the report for review; and
• Accept and Export for State locks the finance records in the report period and creates an electronic file that can be submitted.

Because webElect.net can be used by campaign managers, treasurers, and the candidate simultaneously, Process for Review and Accept and Export for State prevent other users from entering financial records on a date within the reporting period .
