The Users function allows the campaign to manage their users.

The list shows all users, when each user last logged in (if any), their current levels, and links to Edit each user or view their recent Activity. There are currently three levels for users:
- 9 - Which is an Administrator level, allowing access to every function;
- 5 - Which is a Regular level, allowing access to every function except user administration
- 1 - Which is a Volunteer level, which doesn't allow access to campaign finance or user administration functions.
The campaign can look at each user's activity to see how he or she is using the system. This works when asking volunteers or staffers to enter data; a campaign manager or the candidate can monitor the activity to see if the staffer or volunteer is completing the tasks.
TECHNICAL NOTE: The 1969 date for a user in the above picture results from that user never logging in. The system sees no date and time in the database for that user, and converts it to 'Unix time'. If your campaign sees a 12/31/69 date, it means there is no date entered in the database.
Adding or Editing Users
Campaigns can change user levels, passwords, reset their expiration dates, as well as email and telephone information.
