Viewing a Queue
The Queue for a deliverable is a list of voters and/or contacts to whom the campaign will be sending some form of communication.
The list can be a few or a few thousand, webElect.net will show them in groups of 300 at a time.
The campaign can mark voters/contacts that should be removed from a queue for a specific deliverable and click the 
button, or mark those they wish to process using the 
button.
