The Voter Reports [Functions|function]] allows the user to see voter turnouts in several recent election based on a number of demographic factors. This is similar to the Precinct Analysis function, however it can have greater detail.
Demographic Factors

Once the user selects some combination of political party, gender, race, and/or precincts, there are four possible options for viewing, two showing the breakdown of the data by either overall Primary Election or General Election scores. The other showing the turnout by a selected election, with all parties in one row (1-Row), or each party in its own row (3-Row).

Reports
The Primary and General election reports show the total voters who meet the demographic criteria at each scoring level, as well as a running total. It also shows a visual depiction of how the scoring level was determined.

A green block indicates a voter was registered and voted in that election, a red block indicates a voter was registered and did not vote in that election, a grey block indicates a voter was not registered to vote for that election. The proprietary scoring formula enables a campaign to better identify true power voters.
The user also has the ability to see a breakdown of election turnout for a specific election.

Once the campaign staffer has selected the specific election, he or she can view the output in two ways. First, with all parties in one-row for each precinct. (The output is similar to the Precinct Analysis function.) Second, with each party in its own row for each precinct.

Possible Use: Identifying Walk List Targets
This function could be used to see how many voters there are who meet given demographic selections. For example, let's say a campaign for a female candidate has a group of women volunteers and wants to walk Independent women super-voters in three key precincts for the general election. How many are there?
First, the user selects Others, Female and the three key precincts. Then he or she selects General Score Breakdown under Report Options and runs the report. Once the report has generated, the user can scroll down the Running Total column until he or she reaches an appropriate number. The user can then note the score which reaches that total.
Next, the user goes to the Query - Targeting function to generate a walk-list. The user selects Female under Gender, and selects Scors from the Party/Voting History drop down box. The user selects General Election and enters the score noted from the Voter Reports effort into the box.
In our example the user also selects Other Parties and the same three key precincts. When the user runs the report, the total number of voters will be the same as noted in the Voter Reports action above. The user can then continue forward to generate a walk-list.
